These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Panthro Digital website and your purchase of any plan listed on it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full — please read them before you buy.
Panthro Digital ("we", "us", "our") sells access to shared and private logins for OTT streaming platforms, and — as they launch — AI tools and software subscriptions, listed on this website. We are a reseller: we are not Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Zee5, Sony LIV, or any other platform whose plans we list, and none of these companies endorse or sponsor us.
Every plan on this site clearly states whether it is a shared or private login, its device limit, and whether it carries a full or limited warranty. What you are buying is access to a working login for the period stated on that plan's page — not a new account created in your name, and not an official subscription purchased directly from the platform.
Because shared logins are used by more than one customer on the same account, the rules in Section 7 exist to keep the account healthy for everyone using it — please read them before your first login.
You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this website. By checking out, you confirm the details you provide (name, WhatsApp number, email) are accurate and belong to you.
Login details are delivered manually, over WhatsApp, after we've confirmed your payment on our end — this is not an instant, automated process. After payment, you'll see a confirmation screen with a button to notify us on WhatsApp; tapping it sends us your order so we can verify payment and reply with your login.
Each plan lists a warranty badge — Full or Limited — and a warranty period (for example, "28-Day Warranty"). This warranty covers the login itself continuing to work for that period, provided you follow the usage rules in Section 7.
The specific rules for your plan are listed on that plan's product page and are also sent to you along with your login. In general, across all plans:
Breaking these rules can get a shared account suspended or banned by the platform, which is outside our control and is not covered by warranty.
You may not use logins purchased from us to resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to any third party; to attempt to gain administrative control of the account; or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or withhold a replacement/refund where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
At checkout we ask for your name, WhatsApp number, and email so we can deliver your order and contact you about it. These details are used only to process and support your order — to send you your login, to reach you if there's an issue, and to handle warranty or refund requests. We do not sell your details to third parties.
Your order details reach us when you tap "Notify us on WhatsApp" on the order confirmation screen, which sends your details to our WhatsApp number as a message. We may also keep a copy of your order details (name, contact number, email, and what you purchased) for our own records, to resolve any support, warranty, or refund request you raise.
Netflix, Prime Video, Zee5, Sony LIV, and any other platform names shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these companies. All other content on this website — including text, layout, and design — belongs to Panthro Digital.
We do our best to keep every login working for its full warranty period, but streaming platforms can change their own policies, pricing, or account rules at any time, which is outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order — replacement or refund as described in Section 6 and our Refund Policy is our full responsibility to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example if we add new categories of plans or change how orders are delivered. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use this site or place orders after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or your order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Panthro Digital is based.
